All handmade tumblers are made to order. Therefore please allow a 2-3* week processing time for your order. This time frame does not include shipping time. Make sure to give yourself enough time if you are ordering as a gift or special occasion. Processing time is just an estimate and your products might be ready sooner than expected!
As with all handcrafted items, slight imperfections can exist. These do not take away from the beauty and/or functionality, however, they do add character and that special charm that cannot be duplicated with items that have been mass-produced. No two will ever be the same!
