How long will my order take?

We are a small business so please allow 2-3 week processing time for your custom tumbler to be made. Shipping is an additional 3-5 business days not including Holidays or Weekends. ** This is just an estimate and might not take as long.

If you are ordering something other than a tumbler, your order will take a 1-2 weeks to ship out.*

Do you accept Returns?

Since all handmade items are customized for you, no returns or refunds will be accepted. If there are problems with your order please email us.

I saw an item posted on your Instagram or Facebook not listed on the website, can I still order it?

Yes! If you saw something we posted on social media not on the website we can certainly make that for you. Simply fill out the contact form with the information on what you want to order and we will reach out to make it happen

Do you offer discounts on large quantities for groups?

Yes! Please fill out the contact form to determine the discount amount we can offer you based on the number and product.

Why does my item look slightly different than it does online?

All items are completely handcrafted with premium quality products, and as with all handcrafted items, slight imperfections can exist. This does not take away from the beauty and/or functionality, however, they do add character and that special charm that cannot be duplicated with items that have been mass-produced. No two will ever be the same!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is done through USPS and can take anywhere between 3-5 business days not including weekends or Holidays.
